Domain Registration Search supported extensions and add an available domain to your order.
Hosting and Domain Billing A hosting package and domain registration can be placed on the same invoice.
Renewal Billing Renewal invoices are issued through the HostGennie Client Portal before the due date.
Nameserver Changes Customers can request nameserver and DNS changes through support.
Transfer Assistance Eligible domains can be transferred using the required authorisation code.
Management Model HostGennie completes registrar-side registration and renewal manually after payment confirmation.
Important:
Domain availability is not guaranteed until registration is completed at the registry. If a selected domain becomes unavailable before registration, HostGennie will offer an alternative domain or a credit for the domain charge.
