Digital services

HostGennie provides digital services. Physical product returns do not apply.

Hosting services

Refund eligibility depends on the selected service, billing term and work already completed. Requests must be submitted in writing to billing@hostgennie.com.

Domain services

Domain registrations, renewals, transfers and redemption charges are non-refundable after processing because they are completed through third-party registries and registrars.

Migration, setup and technical work

Completed migration, setup, configuration and technical-service fees are non-refundable once work has been performed.

Promotional plans

Promotional discounts apply only under their published billing conditions. Any approved refund may be recalculated using the regular service rate.
