Customer responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate information, maintain secure credentials and comply with applicable laws and acceptable-use requirements.

Payments and renewals

Services must be paid according to the invoice and billing term. Non-payment may result in suspension, non-renewal or termination.

Domains

Domain availability is not guaranteed until registration is completed. Customers remain responsible for timely renewal and accurate ownership details.

Backups

Included backups are an operational convenience and do not replace the customer’s responsibility to keep independent copies of important data.
